Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026 · Version française
Seffla ("we", "us") is a sales agency based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect on seffla.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our practices are simple.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus your company, website, phone number, and a preferred call time if you provide them. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes your IP address as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. When you submit the form, Seffla also records the IP address the submission came from and stores it with your enquiry to prevent abuse of the form.
This site runs no analytics and does not track you. The contact form is protected by a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics solely to tell people from bots; it is not used for advertising or tracking.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you asked for one, to arrange a call.
- To assess whether we are a fit to work together. For prospective suppliers this can include reviewing publicly available information about your company and products.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list. We only send marketing email if you have asked for it, and every such email will include a way to opt out (as Canada's anti-spam legislation, CASL, requires).
Where it goes
Your submission is delivered to our team by email and stored in our lead system so we can follow up properly. We use a small number of service providers to run this: Cloudflare (site hosting and lead storage), Resend (email delivery), and Google Workspace (our mailboxes). Some of these providers process data on servers in the United States. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are talking, working together, or reasonably expect to. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we periodically clear old records. You can shortcut this at any time; see below.
Your choices and rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and Quebec's Law 25 where it applies) you can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on it promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
